Bond Street Watch Servicing specialises in the repair and after-sales servicing and maintenance of watches. The authorised Service Centre in the UK for the Parmigiani and Franck Muller brands, we are also one of the few Level 3 authorised service centres for the Swatch Group, which includes Omega and Longines. Alongside these, our team of highly qualified and experienced horologists, headed by our Director, who has over ten years experience with Patek Philippe, expertly service and refurbish a multitude of other brands. Repairs range from a battery change and waterproofing on all fashion brands to grand complications, perpetual calendars and minute repeaters.
All watch repairs are carried out with the upmost care and attention, using original parts from the manufacturers. With such a highly-skilled team of watchmakers, no watch is beyond repair and we will lovingly restore and valet older timepieces; hand-crafting parts where necessary, to return them to their former glory. We are so confident in our expert workmanship that all repairs come with a 1 or 2 year warranty - brand dependent - for the work carried out (warranty excludes accidental damage, damage by misuse, rust or water penetration).
Based in Luton, we are only 25 minutes outside of London by train and within a couple of minutes from the M1 and from one of the country's busiest airports. Our bright and modern workshop is fully equipped with the latest horological equipment, machinery and tooling: daylight work lamps illuminate the watchmakers' benches and our technical assessment and testing areas house equipment such as timing machines, cleaning machines, automatic winders, water resistant testing machines, case-presses, glass presses, bordered by the same brand of steel cabinets used by Formula One teams packed full of parts, glasses, movements, crowns, mainsprings, clasps, bracelets and straps.

With over ten years experience with one of the most high-calibre brands in the world, Richard Jackson, Director of Bond Street Watch Servicing took his skills as a level 4 qualified horologist for Patek Philippe ( the highest possible qualification in the UK) and formed his own multi-brand service centre. His extraordinary talent and passion lies in the servicing and repairing of grand complications, perpetual calendars and minute repeaters.
With genuine appreciation of the craftsmanship, he expertly dissembles hundreds of tiny pieces, cleaning, and oiling them, before patiently rebuilding the watch to restore it to its former glory. His precision, technical ability and sheer talent puts him at the cutting-edge of British watchmaking.
