What Happens When I Send My Watch to You?

  • You will send your watch into our Customer Service team, in a pre-paid Royal Mail Special Delivery envelope
  • Our watchmakers will inspects the watch and you will consequently receive an estimate for the work to be carried out.
  • Once proceeded, any necessary parts and ordered. When these arrive, your watch is taken into our specialist workshop, where the work is completed.
  • Your watch undergoes a rigorous testing period (the length of which depends on the watch). It is then returned to you with a 2 year warranty for the work carried out.

What Does a Full Service Include?

The mechanism inside your watch is de-cased and dismantled. All movement components are thoroughly cleaned through ultra-sonic. Any parts are replaced where necessary. The case and bracelet may be valeted (where requested). The watch mechanism is rebuilt; with minute oiling to components. Seals and gaskets are replaced, alongside the crown and glass (where requested). Your watch is electronically timed, undergoes a specific testing programme - tailored to its model and is tested to see if it is waterproof. Your watch is now ready to be returned to you!
